Welcome to Grass Island Naturals! We are an Infrared Sauna Studio and Wellness Boutique located in the Treesdale Market Shops in Gibsonia, PA.  We promote only clean, toxin-free products. We support families with dietary restrictions, auto-immune issues and those looking to live a more healthful life. Our Mission is to create and promote better health and wellness for all.

Our studio features three private sauna rooms.  Each one has a full spectrum, Sunlighten Infrared, personal sauna. Our sauna's also incorporate the use of light therapy or "Chromotherapy". Are you looking to detox heavy metals from your body? Sore muscles and inflammation unbearable? Just want time to yourself to wind down and reset? We set the temperature of our saunas at 140 degrees but you can set the control to how hot you would like it! Make the time in the session about you. Whatever your liking is, the ultimate goal is to experience the best self-care possible. 

We also have a boutique in the front of the studio that showcases a variety of health & wellness products. Each product has been carefully curated from some of the top companies in the wellness industry. Natural Cleaning Products, Natural Personal Care & Baby products, Natural Pet Products, Books, CBD, Essential Oils & Gifts are just a few of the Boutique Items we carry.
